Off The Grid
ARCHITECTURAL + SPACE PLANNING DESIGN

Pancho’s Restaurant, Needham, MA
This new restaurant franchise wanted to expand to Needham Center. When the owners contacted Off-The-Grid to design their new 2,000-square foot space, they asked us for a unique style that would reflect their culture and their hometown of Sonora, Mexico. OTG’s approach was to use an eclectic style to achieve the unique aesthetic the client was looking for. With a mix of textures and colors to create a truly Mexican vibe, the incorporation of a cultural icon into a custom graphic design on wallpaper, and the use of traditional Mexican lighting fixtures, OTG gave the restaurant a unique and comfortable look without resorting to “traditional” Mexican decoration. That, combined with the quality of the food, has made this restaurant a very popular place to eat
