Located just one block from the beach, this new 4,000 square foot residence is designed to sit above a flooded vacant lot. At the client’s request, Off-The-Grid had to focus the facade design in a colonial style with finish stucco  style The residence is designed to include two townhouses of 2,000 square feet each, with high ceilings on each floor. A considerable number of windows were placed to maximize the view of Wollaston Beach.
